A 45-minute call

You walk us through the work as it happens today. We ask where it stalls, who it stalls on, and what it costs you when it does. No deck.

A scope you can hold us to

Within two business days you get one page: what we will build, what we will not, the date it lands, and the price. If it isn't worth it, we say so.

Two weeks of building

You see working software at the end of week one, not a status update. We build AI-assisted, which is how two weeks is a real number rather than a slogan.

You own the code either way. Most clients keep us on a small monthly retainer to run it, extend it and stay ahead of the parts that break.

The name

Named for a road on the southwest side of Atlanta.

Cascade Road runs through a part of Atlanta that has quietly produced more business owners, professionals and civic leadership per square mile than almost anywhere in the country, and has been chronically underserved by the people selling technology.

We are two builders who grew up around that, with a shared refusal to send anyone an invoice for a discovery phase. We show up in person. Our names are on the work.
